10 hours per week. Be available for the weekly team meetings on Tuesdays, 1pm to 2pm Pacific Standard Time.

Descripción
Project Manager
Purpose:
Ensure clarity, alignment, and steady forward movement across all workstreams by managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the initiative roadmap, timelines, and sprint cycles.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Manage collaboration across roles (Engagement, HR, Design, Data, Workshops).
- Track progress for platform development, workshops, and recruitment milestones.
- Support issue resolution, identify blockers, and escalate when needed.
Skills & Strengths:
- Strong organization and planning.
- Able to manage multiple priorities with structure.
- Collaborative communicator and problem-solver.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management, operations, or leading team deliverables.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Notion, or similar.
Time Commitment: 10 hours weekly
Reports To: Founding Director (Kai)
