Adoption Greeter

Do you love connecting with people and sharing your enthusiasm for animals? Become one of our Adoption Greeters!

In this role, you’ll be the first friendly face visitors see as they enter our adoption center, helping to create a welcoming and engaging experience for everyone. Our Adoption Greeters are responsible for greeting each guest, answering basic questions, and sharing the many ways our organization supports the community.

Key Expectations:

• A Friendly, Positive Attitude: Adoption greeters should enjoy talking to people and making them feel welcome.
• Basic Knowledge of SPCA of Texas Services: Learn about the services we provide so you can inform community members on how we support pet adoption, foster care, and animal welfare.
• Comfort with Shelter Operations: Familiarize yourself with our layout, basic adoption procedures, and other resources.
• Passion for Helping Animals: Enthusiasm for helping animals find loving homes and for promoting our mission.

Shift Availability:

• Shifts are available Sunday-Monday from 12PM-3PM or 3PM-6PM.
