We are looking for an experienced MongoDB Database Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our database systems. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of MongoDB environments.

🗄️ Database Management

• Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB databases
• Monitor database performance and optimize queries
• Manage indexing strategies and storage optimization

🔐 Security & Reliability

• Implement access control and security best practices
• Ensure backup and disaster recovery processes
• Maintain high availability (replication, sharding if needed)

📊 Performance & Optimization

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Tune database configurations for efficiency
• Monitor system health and logs

🔄 Maintenance & Support

• Perform upgrades and patches
• Troubleshoot database issues
• Support development teams with database-related needs

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong experience with MongoDB (must-have)
• Experience in database administration or backend infrastructure
• Knowledge of replication, sharding, indexing
• Experience with Linux environments
• Understanding of performance tuning and monitoring tools
• Strong problem-solving skills

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud databases (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of other databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with automation / scripting (Bash, Python)
• Familiarity with data pipelines or ETL systems
