Are you passionate about helping youth grow, succeed, and believe in themselves? Join the TONE Foundation as a volunteer Empowerment Coach and make a lasting impact in the lives of Detroit youth ages 9–14.

💚 About the Role:

Empowerment Coaches serve as mentors, motivators, and positive role models for youth through structured programs focused on leadership, life skills, confidence-building, academic encouragement, and wellness.

🏀 Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with youth participants
• Lead or assist with mentoring sessions and group activities
• Encourage teamwork, confidence, and personal growth
• Support youth during basketball clinics, events, and workshops
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and uplifting environment
• Communicate professionally with staff and families when needed

✅ Qualifications:

• Passion for youth development and community service
• Positive attitude, patience, and reliability
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work with youth ages 9–14
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, education, or youth programs is a plus
• Must pass background screening
