Organization: The Medica Zone
Role Title: Administration Intern – Operations & Internal Coordination
Duration: June 5 – August 10, 2026 (Symposium: Aug 15–16)
Location: Remote / Hybrid
The Opportunity
The Medica Zone is seeking Administration Interns who are interested in organizational leadership, operations, and team management. This role is ideal for students looking to gain experience in backend operations, coordination, and maintaining structure within a fast-paced nonprofit environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Internal Operations Support: Assist in maintaining organizational systems, tracking documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Intern & Team Coordination: Help monitor intern engagement, track completion of passion projects and certifications, and support overall accountability.
Cross-Department Support: Work closely with different departments to ensure alignment on deadlines, events, and deliverables.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with scheduling, documentation, onboarding materials, and general organizational needs.
We are looking for individuals who are organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and strong communicators with an interest in leadership and operations.
