Senior Transportation Program - Dispatcher

AgeWell Services hosts the Senior Medical Transportation Program (formerly Red Cross Senior Transportation). AgeWell Services transports hundreds of seniors each week to their medical appointments in Muskegon County. We rely on an army of volunteers to safely transport our seniors to medical appointments daily between 8:00am & 12:00pm and 12:00pm & 4:00pm. Dispatchers take and make phone calls and speak to drivers over the CB radio to coordinate rides. No experience necessary and it is only a few hours of your time!

If you are unable to fill out the application online, please call me at 231-559-0476 to complete the application over the phone. Once the application is completed, I will complete the required background checks. After this is completed, we will get you scheduled for training to see how the Senior Transportation Program team works.
