The incumbent is responsible for tracking OPT participation. This includes ensuring expectations for OPT are clear and understood, design and build process, procedures, and assets to confirm participation. The system needs to generate data to participation documentation and to establish a practical response for those who do not participation to expectations.
It is critical that we communicate to all OPT the importance of faithful participation and why we have to take these expectations seriously.

Thank you for reaching out. I wish I could use all of the many excellent applicants in exactly the way that they would like, but as with everything, there are limits. We can only fill those positions listed on the website (see below). If you don't see an opening that exactly suits you, consider a role that could support career success.

- Ready to start at the time of application (or at least within the week).
- Willing to commit to at least three months.
- Willing to work at least 10 hours a week (20, for those on OPT) .
