Make a Difference in the Lives of Rescue Dogs by Helping at an Adoption Event!

Every Saturday at PetCo in Denver and occasionally at PetSmart in Northglenn, Rocky Mountain Puppy Rescue holds adoption events from 12-3:30 to find homes for the dogs and cats in our foster network. Rocky Mountain Puppy Rescue is a licensed non-profit animal welfare organization whose mission is to save unwanted puppies, adult dogs, and cats from being euthanized in overcrowded kill shelters. We transfer, spay, neuter, and place these animals in our Colorado foster network until they are ready for adoption to their forever homes.

With help from volunteers like YOU, we are able to hold adoption events each weekend to find them wonderful forever homes!

We are looking for people who can help with any of the tasks below and more:

• Setting up the event (pens, tables, large pens for adults, etc.)
• Breaking down the event
• Interviewing potential families
• Walking adult dogs during the event and talking with the public about them or our rescue
• Watching over puppy pens, making sure that everything is clean, they have water, and taking them to the interview pens to meet with families

Whether you can help with setup starting at 11 am, stay for the full event, or just drop by for 30 minutes, every bit of help makes a difference in giving these deserving animals their best chance at finding loving homes.
