About TGCN:

The Grandparents Community Network is a national faith-rooted nonprofit supporting grandparents raising grandchildren. We provide trauma-informed programs, advocacy, and community support to help families thrive.

Role Summary:

We’re seeking a creative and motivated Subscription Engagement Coordinator to help us grow and engage our online subscriber community. This role supports our $4.99/month and $99/year subscriber programs by creating warm communication, online engagement, and mission-centered content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support growth and retention of TGCN subscribers
• Create short email updates, thank-you messages, and monthly highlights
• Develop simple social media content encouraging subscription sign-ups
• Assist with online outreach and partnership engagement
• Track subscriber activity and support digital communication workflows

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communicator and organized self-starter
• Interested in nonprofits, children & families, and community support
• Comfortable with email, social media, and learning new tools
• Creative and mission-driven
