This role is well suited for individuals with experience or strong interest in social media management, digital marketing, content strategy, or nonprofit communications who want to apply their skills in a mission-driven environment.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility built in — some responsibilities can be managed remotely, while content capture and community-facing work will occasionally require on-site presence during program hours.
Time Commitment: Flexible; hybrid scheduling available — we will work around your schedule
Age Requirement: 18+
Cause Areas: Disability Services, Community Development, Human Rights & Civil Liberties
Participation Requirements: Orientation attendance required
- Location: Hybrid / The Limitless Campus, 260 Parkway 575, Woodstock, GA 30188

- Assist in managing Limitless's social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement monitoring
- Collaborate with staff to develop social media campaigns and strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand standards
- Create compelling, shareable content — including graphics, short-form video, and written posts — that accurately and respectfully represents our participants, programs, and mission
- Monitor social media trends, relevant hashtags, and community conversations to identify opportunities for outreach and engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media channels in a timely and professional manner
- Research target audiences, sector trends, and peer organization activity to inform marketing and communications strategy
- Measure and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Support email marketing campaigns, including content development, optimization, and subscriber list management
- Assist in developing and updating marketing materials such as brochures, event flyers, and program one-pagers
- Support the promotion and coordination of virtual and in-person events, including fundraisers, community outreach initiatives, and program milestones

What to Expect
Marketing for a disability services organization requires more than strong design skills — it requires cultural competency, a commitment to dignity-centered representation, and an understanding of the community you're speaking to and about. You'll work closely with Limitless leadership to ensure that every piece of content reflects our values: person-first language, authentic storytelling, and the belief that adults with IDD deserve to be seen as full, capable members of the community.
This is a high-visibility role. The content you help create will reach families, Support Coordinators, donors, and the broader public — and will directly influence how Limitless is perceived and how effectively we grow.

- Eligibility for the President's Volunteer Service Award, a nationally recognized honor for volunteer contributions — Limitless is a certifying organization
