We’re growing—and looking for a highly organized, proactive leader to work directly with the CEO.
The Africa Investment Network (AIN) is seeking an Executive Operations Associate (Volunteer) to support executive coordination, communications, and program delivery across our global initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of:
✔️ Africa-focused trade & investment
✔️ Global partnerships & policy
✔️ High-level convenings like the Global Africa Summit
You will:
- Support the CEO with scheduling, communications, and priority tracking
- Manage AIN’s general inbox and stakeholder engagement
- Help coordinate events, roundtables, and global programs
- Play a key role in keeping a fast-growing organization run smoothly
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
