Volunteer Sports Coach – Afterschool & Evening Programs

Youth Athlete University, Inc. (YAU)

Youth Athlete University (YAU) is a leading youth sports organization with over 15 years of impact, developing young athletes through sports, mentorship, and leadership. We are seeking motivated volunteer coaches to support our afterschool programs and evening competitive teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support youth sports instruction (football, soccer, basketball, cheer, and more)
• Teach fundamentals, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor
• Support practices and games in a safe, structured, and fun environment

Schedule

• Afterschool programs: Early afternoon / after-school hours
• Evening teams: Weekday evenings and weekend games

Qualifications

• Passion for working with youth through sports
• Ability to maintain structure and positive engagement
• Coaching or playing experience preferred (not required)
• Must complete background check and training
