Supervising youth while they provide Senior Support Service such as, Companionship, Light Housekeeping and Grocery Support(delivery or help Grocery shop)
Encouraging positive behavior, emotional growth, and life skills development
Maintaining appropriate documentation and communication
Collaborating with community partners and service providers
Serving as a positive role model and advocate for youth and families
Typical qualifications (may vary by role)
Passion for working with youth and senior citizens
Experience in youth development, social services, education, mentoring, or community work (preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work with individuals impacted by trauma or life challenges
Background checks and required training (as applicable)
Valid Driver's License
Relevant certifications or education may be required for certain positions
