Attract Healthy Relationships Welcome & Session Support Volunteer

Help create a warm, inclusive, and well-supported experience for all participants. Volunteers in this role serve as friendly points of contact, assist with classroom flow, and provide general support to both facilitators and attendees throughout the session.

Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting participants and helping them feel comfortable as they arrive
• Assisting with seating, navigation around the library, and orienting participants to the space
• Passing out class materials, handouts, and sensory tools as needed
• Supporting the facilitator with light in-room assistance to keep the session running smoothly
• Setting up and serving light refreshments when applicable
• Providing one-on-one support or stepping away with individuals who may need additional assistance
• Floating between tasks and responding to emerging needs during the session

This role is ideal for volunteers who are friendly, adaptable, and enjoy supporting others in a calm and welcoming environment.
