Social media design volunteer

Make a difference for families and children! Invest your skills and extra time in fun, low-pressure work that builds child and family flourishing!

In a few hours each month, you'll use our tools, guides and regular feedback to draft, propose and edit Meta social posts (Instagram and Facebook).

You'll design posts that help lower parenting stress by uplifting and encouraging child and family flourishing. You'll also build your own creative skills and experience using our widely used tools and resources on a kind, flexible schedule.

Requirements: 2-5 real honestly available hours per month to do this work. Some experience designing things online, personal projects count. Accountability and self-discipline to successfully meet kind deadlines, regularly, in a remote, online work environment. Mid-level perfectionism that allows you to produce ugly rough drafts with a drive to improve over time. High initiative, motivation, willingness to adapt-learn-grow.

Pluses: experience with Canva, Notion, Google workspace, graphic design, social media account management, parenting / caregiving, social sciences.
