Descripción
Volunteers assist staff in the Emergency Department by checking on patients and families as well as a variety of other tasks.
Volunteer must be comfortable speaking with patients; must be considerate in relating to the needs of patients and visitors; must have successfully completed the hospital orientation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; telephone use is required.
3 shifts available:
- Weekdays (can volunteer earlier in the morning as well).: 09:00 to 13:00 CST
- Weekdays and Weekends: 13:00 to 17:00 CST
- Weekdays and Weekends (can volunteer later as well): 17:00 to 21:00 CST
