VOLUNTEER TO HELP WITH THE GREAT EGG HUNT

Come help the City of Lake Stevens host our annual Egg Hunt community event! The event is Saturday, April 19, 2025, at North Cove Park/The Mill from 10-12pm. Our volunteer check in point will be at the City Booth on the west side of the Mill.
We will have 1 shifts of volunteers for this event:
- Shift A from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Tasks include (list is not exclusive):
- Info Desk - talking to attendees about what they can do at the event and answering questions.
- City Booth – helping hand out golden ticket prizes.
- Hunt Attendants – helping organize each of the age group areas for the hunt.
- Magic Egg Attendant – helping manage lines at the Magic Egg game.
- Park Monitors – making sure people get to where they need to be.
- Runners – take information from staff to volunteers and help with whatever tasks come up
We will take preferences into account if someone has them but cannot guarantee any space assignments.

PARKING FOR VOLUNTEERS IS AVAILABLE IN THE CITY HALL PARKING LOT AT 1812 MAIN STREET, LAKE STEVENS.

WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES AND CLOTHING AS THE EVENT IS OUTSIDE.
VOLUNTEERS WITH ACCOMMODATION NEEDS ARE WELCOME! PLEASE EMAIL THE ORGANIZER TO DISCUSS HOW TO BEST SUPPORT VOLUNTEERS ONSITE.
VOLUNTEERS WILL BE GIVEN A VEST AND NAMETAG TO WEAR WHILE THEY ARE AT THE EVENT.
REGISTERING TO VOLUNTEER WILL ALLOW FOR COMPLETION OF THE VOLUNTEER WAIVER PRIOR TO THE EVENT STARTING.
