You Grow Girl Conference – Volunteer Opportunity
The You Grow Girl Conference is a special empowerment experience designed for girls in 3rd–8th grade to help them cultivate the confidence needed to thrive against the odds. This year’s conference will take place on April 18th and will focus on the powerful theme of Self-Love.
At a time when many young girls struggle with comparison, pressure, and self-doubt, this conference creates a safe and uplifting space where they can learn to value who they are. Through engaging sessions and meaningful conversations, participants will receive tools to properly nourish and develop a healthy appreciation and view of themselves.
Our goal is not perfection, but to help girls develop a love for themselves that is not based on performance, appearance, or validation from others. We want every girl to leave encouraged, confident, and empowered to walk boldly in who she was created to be.

To make this event successful, we are seeking volunteers to serve in the following areas:
Volunteer Shifts Available
- Set-Up Shift: Saturday, May 31, 2025 — 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM (PST)
Assist with preparing the venue, organizing materials, and helping ensure everything is ready for the girls to arrive.
- Registration Area: Saturday, May 31, 2025 — 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM (PST)
Welcome attendees, assist with check-in, and help create a warm and positive first impression for participants and families.
- Day Session: Saturday, May 31, 2025 — 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM (PST)
Support conference activities, help guide participants, and assist facilitators during sessions.
- Clean-Up: Saturday, May 31, 2025 — 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM (PST)
Help restore the venue after the event and ensure materials are packed and organized.
Your time and support will help create an unforgettable experience that encourages girls to believe in themselves, embrace their worth, and grow into confident young leaders.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the You Grow Girl Conference! Your support helps us create a positive and empowering experience for girls in 3rd–8th grade as they learn to grow in confidence and self-love.
Please review the instructions below before signing up.
Select Your Volunteer Shift
When registering, please indicate which shift you are available to serve:
- Set-Up Shift: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
- Registration Area: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Day Session Support: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Clean-Up Shift: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
If you are available to help for the entire day, please indicate “Full Day Volunteer” when signing up. We would greatly appreciate your extended support.
Volunteer Attire
To ensure everyone is easily identified and comfortable while serving:
- A volunteer shirt will be provided when you arrive.
- Please wear blue jeans and comfortable shoes.
- Arrival
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your shift begins so we can check you in and provide brief instructions.
