Build connections with our dogs, volunteers, and staff as you spend time with our dogs. Duties of this assignment include walking dogs, playing with dogs in a playyard, socializing with dogs, and cleaning up after them in kennels, walks, and play yards.
It is an essential volunteer role as it helps our dogs be ready to put their best paw forward for potential adopters. Volunteers help us collect information, behaviorally and medically, about our dogs. They give them the love and care they deserve until they find their homes.
We need volunteers all day to help us provide the best care and enrichment possible so that our dogs are ready to find and transition into their new homes. We are looking for volunteers who are able to help for our closing shift- between 4-7:30 to help get the dogs out one last time for the day and to get them tucked in for the night. Saturday and Sunday evenings are especially needed!

Parents who would like to participate with thier child (8-15 years old) should submit a Parent and Me application.
