Annual Report Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented volunteer to design and draft our 2026 Impact Report. This project involves synthesizing key organizational milestones, program metrics (such as community engagement and technology initiatives), and participant stories into a compelling, visually polished annual report.

Key Responsibilities

• Content & Storytelling: Draft clear, engaging copy summarizing C2C's 2026 achievements, program metrics, financial summaries, and community highlights.
• Visual Design & Layout: Design a 5–10 page clean, brand-aligned document (using Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar tools) that incorporates graphics, photos, and clear data visualization (charts/infographics).
• Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to collect relevant data, stories, and media.
• Final Deliverable: Produce a print-ready PDF and a web-friendly version suitable for digital sharing on our website and newsletter.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showing layout design, report generation, or marketing collateral.
• Excellent written communication skills for storytelling and summary reporting.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet agreed-upon project deadlines.
• Passion for cultural exchange, technology equity, and community empowerment.

Time Commitment & Scope

• Project Duration: Estimated 15–20 hours total over 3 to 4 weeks.
• Location: 100% Remote.
