Help us distribute food at the Pottsville Mobile Market!
Volunteers are expected to assist the Mobile Market Manager set up and disassemble an assembly line for the distribution. This consists of tables, cones, as well as placing food items from pallets unto tables. Volunteers must be comfortable lifting up to 15lbs, walking and standing comfortably. Volunteers will be responsible for 1-5 food items and ensuring each family receives the correct number of food items.

Our Mobile Market is outside, in the parking lot below TJ Maxx. Please dress for the weather. Parking is available wherever you'd like (but please do not line up with the neighbors who are there to receive food.) You will be directed on-site how you can best help.

Please apply to become a volunteer here! You can complete the necessary training waivers as well as complete the training during the application. Volunteers who would like to come to this site will need to complete a criminal background check authorization form, which can be filled out and completed during the application.
