Volunteer at the Foster City Library's Crafternoon Program

Do you enjoy working with children and their families? Contribute your time and skills by helping create and facilitate enrichment experiences that will foster a love of discovery and learning. Experience and explore along with children and their families at craft programs and STEM activities. Volunteers help create a welcoming space by setting up and/or cleaning up programs.

If you are searching for an exciting and rewarding volunteer experience and would like to enrich the lives of community children and their families, we encourage you to apply to volunteer with us! You will receive training in preparation for assisting our staff with youth and family programs and we will equip you with the tools for a successful volunteer experience. To be a SMCL programming volunteer one must be 14 years old and up. San Mateo County Libraries are deeply committed to inclusivity and diversity. Everyone is welcome.

Foster City Library currently needs Programming Volunteers to assist with the Crafternoon program from 3-5 p.m. on Wednesdays.
