Bristol Hospice Redding - Companion Volunteers Needed!

An integral contributor to the unique care provided by Bristol Hospice is our volunteer program. We are in dire need of volunteers, who will offer companionship to our patients and their caregivers as well as administrative help with our office work. Veteran Volunteers are always needed!

Your volunteer time is flexible and valued! When you are a part of the Bristol Volunteer Team, you receive training, support, a network of fellow volunteers and staff, and the knowledge that you have comforted someone on their final journey.

To be considered you must:

1. Contact Bristol Hospice Volunteer Coordinator and schedule an in-person interview
2. Fill out an application
3. Pass a background check (paid for by us)
4. TB test (paid for by us)
5. Complete the Relias online training
6. Provide a valid I.D and up to date auto insurance
7. Be at least 18 years of age
8. Be committed, dependable, and have a loving heart
