Responsibilities
Event Setup (11:30 am arrival)
- Assist with venue setup (signage, materials, refreshments)
Registration & Guest Assistance (doors open 12 pm)
- Welcome, sign in, and register participants upon arrival
- Provide name tags, program materials, and seating guidance
- Offer directions and event information as needed
Hospitality & Support
- Assist with distributing door prizes and giveaways
- Create a friendly and inclusive environment for all guests
Workshop Support (from 1-3 pm)
- Support facilitators by distributing materials or collecting feedback forms
- Take photos (if comfortable) for social media and post-event promotion
- Help ensure sessions stay on schedule

- Proceed to the main entrance under the large canopy.
- Once inside, walk straight ahead down the main hallway.
- Turn left at the first corridor.
- The first lecture hall on your right is Room B213 (the only room in that corridor).
- Parking: Free visitor parking is available on-site.
