About IUPS:

Founded in 1988, the International University of Professional Studies (IUPS) is a pioneer in mentor-based, holistic online graduate education. Our programs integrate mind, body, and spirit across fields like Consciousness Studies, Counseling Psychology, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Professional Coaching. We are a small nonprofit university with a long history of empowering students to serve humanity with awareness and compassion.

We want to preserve our mission for many years to come but are unfortunately facing significant financial challenges. We would greatly appreciate the assistance from interested volunteers!

The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a creative volunteer Social Media Assistant to help us share our mission and grow our online community. You’ll manage and refresh our Instagram and Facebook presence — sharing inspiring content, highlighting our programs and people, and helping us connect with students, donors, and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and schedule engaging posts for Instagram and Facebook
• Share quotes, alumni stories, and student highlights
• Respond to comments and messages in a warm, professional tone
• Track engagement and suggest new content ideas

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook posting and analytics tools
• Strong writing skills
• Familiarity with, and a passion for holistic psychology and spirituality
• Creative eye for visuals, layout, and tone consistency
