We run multiple programs designed to help clients access transportation, workforce training, mental health support, legal aid, and more.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Programs Operations Coordinator to help design, implement, and manage our client intake and case management processes. This volunteer will work closely with the Programs Director to ensure that all enrollment and tracking workflows run smoothly across our programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement intake forms and enrollment processes for all nonprofit programs
- Build and maintain workflows for tracking client progress and engagement across programs
- Coordinate with the Programs Director to ensure intake processes meet program requirements
- Manage client data using Excel, CRM, or other case management tools
- Ensure all data is confidential and complies with relevant privacy standards
- Train staff or volunteers on intake and case management procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows for efficiency and clarity
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with data entry, client tracking, or case management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently
- Comfort with remote work and digital collaboration tools
