Make a Difference with Our Youth!
Help inspire and empower the next generation of Red Cross leaders! As a Youth Engagement Lead, you’ll support the National Youth Strategy across five key areas — Learning, Blood Donors, Fundraising, International Humanitarian Law, and Social Engagement — while connecting youth to the Red Cross mission.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and carry out plans to engage youth in Red Cross programs.
- Partner with the Engagement Specialist to set and achieve youth engagement goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and support youth volunteers and Red Cross Club Coordinators.
- Build connections between youth and Red Cross opportunities.
- Contribute to special regional and strategic projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with and leading youth or young adults.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Cultural awareness and enthusiasm for the Red Cross mission.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
