Student Onboarding Specialist

Be the first friendly face every new student meets — guide accepted applicants from enrollment through their first day of class so no student gets lost. You will make welcome calls and messages within 48 hours of acceptance, walk students through orientation materials, tech setup, and class schedules.

Collect missing enrollment documents, keep the onboarding tracker updated, flag students who go quiet, and coordinate with case managers. You are a warm, patient communicator comfortable with young adults from foster-care and justice-system backgrounds — organized with strong follow-through. Background check required.
