Volunteer Tax Help with Heart ! Empower your community! Learn, Serve, Roar!

Hello Community Members and Tax Professionals,

We are extending an invitation to you to volunteer. We will be thrilled to have you join our

mission to bring tax clarity, dignity, and empowerment to Federal Way seniors and ESL families.

We need greeters, translators, tax prep assistants, community outreach volunteers, and pro bono tax professionals, to help us provide free tax help to ESL families and seniors in Federal Way.

Our upcoming 2026 ESL Tax Education Workshops, ESL Tax Literacy Clinics & Senior Tax Clinics will be held in Federal Way on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

We hold Volunteer Onboarding |Training for volunteers to inform volunteers what to expect, before the event, upon arrival, during the clinic, and after the event. We want volunteers to be prepared to empower ESL families and Seniors. This Volunteer Onboarding| Training will be as follows:

Following Volunteer Onboarding | Training, we will send a reminder with your role and arrival time. Whether you’re greeting guests, translating, or helping with IRS forms, letters, notices, or tax controversies, or IRS Representation, your presence will make a real impact.
