Lead an Exercise Class in Albany (Verana Hill)

Do you enjoy exercising and teaching others to live healthier lives? Volunteer to lead an Exercise class for families in Albany! We are seekping volunteers to help on Tuesdays or Wednesdays in the morning.

The volunteer will prepare an agenda for each class and lead residents through various seated exercises while providing positive feedback and support. If you're looking to make a difference in your community, this is a wonderful opportunity to gain teaching experience with students who are eager to learn.

Requirements: Ongoing SAHA Community Volunteers must commit to volunteer for a minimum of 4 months, and must complete a volunteer orientation, volunteer forms and background screening prior to beginning their placement.
