We need volunteers to help transfer job descriptions from external websites into organized Google Sheets stored in a Drive folder. You'll also extract data from these sheets and upload on Wordpress. No complex tools, just copy, paste and save! Tutorials and support will be provided.
Important NOTE:
We are not a US-registered company, so we cannot provide visa support, OPT letter/OPT support or employment verification (EIN). Only apply if you can work remotely without needing visa/immigration support.
Responsibilities:
- Copy job descriptions and official application links from the provided URLs.
- Paste the content into Google Sheets.
- Format accordingly, add bold or italic styling, and bullets.
- Proofread documents and ensure there are no typos and broken links.
- Upload job sheets to our WordPress website.
- Move assigned cards on the company's Trello board.
Requirements:
- Meticulousness. Reading properly and paying attention to details.
- Tech-savvy skills (e.g. web browsing, Google Sheets).
- Familiar with digital tools.
- Good stronghold of English.
- Experience with Trello and Google Chat is a plus.
