Blank Park Zoo is celebrating 60 years! Join us for a family friendly day at the zoo with extra fun. Games, treats,

experiences, keeper chats, and more will be all around the zoo in celebration of the zoo’s 60th birthday.

Volunteer Opportunities

Wanda the Wallaby Mascot Character and Guide

Wanda mascot - full body mascot costume

Guide - help guide Wanda throughout the zoo, engage with guests and help them take breaks

Carnival Game Attendant

Volunteer will be stationed at a carnival game, and hand out a reward to children completing the games.

Bartender

Provide quick and friendly service assisting guests with drink orders. Open beverages before handing to the guest. A Zoo staff member will be taking cash and card payments
