Join Us for HOPE for the Holidays!
Looking for a meaningful team volunteer opportunity this holiday season? We invite corporate groups to participate in our annual HOPE for the Holidays event and help support our local foster care youth and children served through Family Service Association programs. Through the generosity of donors, community partners, and volunteers, the program provides holiday gifts to children who may otherwise go without during the holiday season.
The event creates a unique shopping experience where social workers select age-appropriate and meaningful gifts for the children they serve, helping ensure each child feels remembered and celebrated during the holidays. HOPE for the Holidays brings joy to children who have experienced challenges and adversity, while providing hope, comfort, and holiday cheer.
By volunteering, your team will play an important role in making the holiday season brighter for local foster youth and children in our community.
📍 Location:
Cross Words Church
Moreno Valley, CA (across from FSA Headquarters)
🎁 Set-Up Volunteers Needed
Help transform the church gym into a holiday shopping center by organizing, sorting, and displaying donated toys and gifts. We need 10 Volunteers per shift with a total of 120 volunteers needed to help this event be successful.
Shifts: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- November 30 (pending confirmation)
- December 1-4
🛍 Shopper Volunteers Needed
Work alongside social workers to help select gifts for children from the donated inventory, creating a positive and memorable experience for families.
Morning Shifts: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- December 8-10
Afternoon Shifts: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- December 8-10

Please contact Family Service Association (FSA) at (951) 686-1096 to sign up for this Corporate Volunteer Group opportunity.
Due to space limitations and volunteer capacity needs, participation is limited to 10 volunteers per shift. Volunteer groups may register for one or multiple shifts, depending on availability.
Please note: Only corporate volunteer groups that have completed registration and received confirmation from FSA will be accepted to participate in the event.
We encourage interested organizations to register early, as volunteer spaces are limited and shifts will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your support will help make the holiday season brighter for local foster care youth and children served through Family Service Association programs.
