Join Thriving Elements as we celebrate 10 years of empowering underserved and underrepresented girls in STEM through mentoring.
Volunteer Responsibilities
Volunteers will assist with a variety of event activities, including:
- Event Setup: Help arrange tables, chairs, decorations, signage, and event materials before guests arrive.
- Registration & Check-In: Welcome guests, assist with check-in, distribute materials, and provide directions.
- Catering Support: Assist with food delivery coordination, meal setup, dietary accommodations, replenishment, and maintaining a clean catering area.
- General Event Support: Help guests navigate the venue, answer questions, and assist event organizers as needed.
- Cleanup & Breakdown: Help remove decorations, pack supplies, clear tables, and ensure the venue is clean and organized after the event.
