WhizAngel is a newly approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Arizona with a national mission:

We are a youth-focused nonprofit dedicated to empowering young

entrepreneurs, especially those from underrepresented or challenging

backgrounds, to bring their product ideas to life.

Our Board Advisors play a vital role in shaping the future for the next

generation of creators and innovators by sharing their experience,

encouragement, and insights.

Role Summary

Board Advisors serve in a light-touch, high-impact capacity.

This is not a traditional operational or fiduciary board position.

Advisors are invited to share their knowledge and mentorship in flexible ways

that respect their availability.

Who We’re Especially Hoping to Meet

• Creators, mentors, or makers who know what it feels like to start with a dream
• Fundraising professionals or past development directors
• Social impact entrepreneurs or CSR leaders

Whether your strength is opening doors, sharing your wisdom, or simply believing in the next

generation, you belong here.

Key Responsibilities

• One 45-minute virtual annual board meeting
• No legal governance or financial duty . This is an advisory and inspirational role
• Provide occasional input via email or short Zoom calls when projects align with your expertise
• Offer insight on areas such as:
• Youth mentorship
• Product development
• Branding or marketing
• Business strategy
• Distribution or scaling
• Organizational and operational growth
• Support youth entrepreneurs directly by reviewing plans or offering
• encouragement when needed
• Provide feedback on internal tools or documents, such as business models, dashboards, or outreach plans

Expectations

There is no required financial contribution or fundraising obligation. Your name, perspective, and encouragement are valued as part of our advisory ecosystem.

You are welcome to step away or pause your involvement at any time without pressure.
