Director of Membership - Founding Role

The Director of Membership (Volunteer) is responsible for designing and executing ACSOP’s early membership growth, engagement, and retention strategy. This role plays a critical part in shaping the member experience during ACSOP’s launch phase and serves as a primary human point of contact for members.

Working closely with the Volunteer Executive Director, the Director of Membership leads membership strategy while also supporting hands-on implementation appropriate to an early-stage, volunteer-led organization.
