Descripción
As a Friendly Visitor, you would be asked to visit hospice patients who reside in nursing facilities. These visits are usually shorter in duration and allow you, the volunteer, to visit when it is convenient for you. Per state and federal regulations, we will require you to submit to a background check; a drug screen and a TB test - all of which we pay for. We also provide a thorough training so that you feel comfortable and confident in your role as a volunteer with us.
