Volunteer-Internship: Media and Communications

Tell the story of our field work in photos, short videos and posts, with consent at every step.

What you will do

• Cover field days, workshops and health camps.
• Write short posts for our website and social pages.
• Build a photo library with consent recorded for every picture.

Who this is for

• You write clearly and can shoot good photos or video on a phone.
• You ask before you point a camera at anyone.
• You can turn a long day into five sentences.

What it costs

This placement is unpaid. Room and meals can be free in this role; we confirm it in your offer. Otherwise the usual fee applies:

• From abroad: USD 810 for one month, USD 1,350 for three, USD 1,980 for six, plus a refundable USD 45 deposit. You need health and evacuation insurance.
• From India: ₹9,000 a month for one month, falling to ₹3,000 a month for six, plus a refundable ₹1,500 deposit for some housing.
• Not included: flights, visa fees and insurance.
• Group discounts and scholarships can lower the fee.
• The fee is less than your stay costs us.
