Participant Profile:

We’re seeking a compassionate volunteer to spend time with a lovely resident who is living with memory loss and dementia. She is not consistently oriented but enjoys meaningful engagement through conversation and music.

What She Loves:

• Singing and listening to music
• Talking and sharing moments of joy
• Gentle companionship in a calm environment

She resides in an Adult Family Home with her husband, who is non-verbal, so your presence will make a big difference in her day.

Volunteer Role:

• Visit in person at the AFH
• Share music, sing along, and engage in light conversation
• Provide companionship and brighten her day

• Enjoys music and singing
• Comfortable engaging with someone who has memory challenges
