Descripción

Purpose:
Transform pulse survey data and participant feedback into clear, meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions and well-being outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and interpret pulse survey data using Google Forms/Sheets.
- Build charts, infographics, dashboards, and reporting summaries.
- Identify trends across demographics and themes.
- Partner with HR and program leadership to turn insights into action plans.
Skills & Strengths:
- Analytical, detail-oriented, strong storyteller through data.
Qualifications:
- Experience in data analysis, HR analytics, or research (2+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts).
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive data.
Time Commitment: 10 hours weekly
Reports To: Founding Director (Kai)
