YesLiberia is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partnership Associate Volunteer to help us grow and maintain partnerships that support our mission of empowering young people in Liberia through education and opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Research and reach out to potential partners and sponsors, including foundations, companies, schools, alumni networks, and community groups.
• Support the creation of partnership proposals, presentation decks, and outreach messages that align with YESLiberia’s goals.
• Learn to use our partnership tracking system and assist with updating contacts, logging communications, and managing engagement records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Partnership and Fundraising teams as needed.
• Attend weekly virtual team meetings to share updates and collaborate with other volunteers.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for people and purpose
• Ability to be proactive and self-motivated
• Ability to work remotely and stay organized across tasks and timelines
• Interest helping an NGO succeed through partnership development
• Able to commit a few hours weekly
