Eyeglass Recycling Center Volunteer Lensometer Reader

Thank you again for your support of the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation! The recycling center is in full swing and, we have new and ongoing opportunities to stay involved. We welcome individuals as well as groups to volunteer in the Recycling Center. All youth under age 18, must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Eyeglasses Reading - Looking for something more technical? Our recycling center offers volunteers to assist with reading glasses to capture their prescriptions. Reading prescriptions helps get the washed and sorted glasses prepared for the mission trips where these glasses are delivered overseas. Training is provided.
• Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
