Do you love to sew, knit, or crochet? As a Comfort Blanket Volunteer with CorsoCare, you can create handmade blankets and bring warmth, comfort, and a personal touch to patients during a challenging time.
What You’ll Do
- Create blankets using quilting, knitting, or crocheting techniques.
- Deliver completed blankets to patients in your area, bringing a personal gift of comfort.
- Help brighten patients’ days and provide a tangible reminder that they are cared for.
Note
We ask that supplies for making blankets be donated.

Requirements
- Ability to quilt, knit, or crochet.
- Compassion and dedication to creating comfort for patients.
- Completion of volunteer training program (for patient delivery).
- Background check and TB test.

Blankets will be delivered to patients within approximately 30 minutes of your selected area.

This gives us a chance to learn more about you, answer your questions, and match you with the best volunteer opportunity.
