Volunteer Social Media Manager

This position requires creativity, strategy, and a passion for storytelling. You’ll use writing, graphics, and video content to increase GARC’s engagement, followers, awareness, and donations across all platforms. Your work helps shape how the community sees us — and inspires people to support our mission.

You should be skilled in SEO and comfortable analyzing data from past and current posts to understand what performs well and how to improve future content. Proficiency in Canva and strong copywriting skills are a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Create compelling written, graphic, and video content for social media and digital platforms
• Use SEO best practices to increase visibility and reach
• Review analytics from previous posts to improve engagement and participation
• Design eye‑catching graphics using Canva
• Write clear, impactful copy that aligns with GARC’s mission and voice
