Event Day Volunteers Needed – Fight for Air Climb Charlotte (American Lung Association)

Join the American Lung Association for the Fight for Air Climb Charlotte, one of our most exciting and impactful events of the year!

The Fight for Air Climb brings the community together to climb for clean air and lung health while raising critical funds for lifesaving research, education, and advocacy. Hundreds of participants, including firefighters and corporate teams, will take on the stairs to support people living with lung disease and we need enthusiastic volunteers to help make the day a success.

Volunteers play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and inspiring event experience!

Volunteer responsibilities may include:

• Registration and check-in
• Route greeters and stairwell support
• Water stations and cheer squads
• Start and finish line assistance
• T-shirt distribution and celebration area support
• Event set-up and breakdown

Qualifications and requirements:

• Volunteers must be 13 years or older
• Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Ability to stand or move for portions of the event
• Willingness to help wherever needed

No prior experience is required. Training and on-site guidance will be provided.
