Make a Difference with Our Youth!

Help inspire and empower the next generation of Red Cross leaders! As a Youth Engagement Lead, you’ll support the National Youth Strategy across five key areas — Learning, Blood Donors, Fundraising, International Humanitarian Law, and Social Engagement — while connecting youth to the Red Cross mission.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and carry out plans to engage youth in Red Cross programs.
• Partner with the Engagement Specialist to set and achieve youth engagement goals.
• Recruit, mentor, and support youth volunteers and Red Cross Club Coordinators.
• Build connections between youth and Red Cross opportunities.
• Contribute to special regional and strategic projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with and leading youth or young adults.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Cultural awareness and enthusiasm for the Red Cross mission.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
