Position Overview

RTWOP is seeking a mission-driven Programs Director to support the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives serving underserved individuals and communities.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and coordination of educational and community outreach programs.
• Develop program plans, timelines, and implementation frameworks.
• Coordinate with volunteers and project teams.
• Monitor program activities and maintain documentation.
• Identify community needs and opportunities for new initiatives.
• Prepare program reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with fundraising and partnership teams.
• Promote inclusive and sustainable approaches to program delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, education, community development, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with project planning and reporting tools.
• Commitment to community-centered development.
