Be the first friendly face patients and visitors see! Volunteer Concierges staff the front entrance, welcoming guests, offering directions, and helping create a calm, positive first impression.
This role is active and people-focused and involves standing and walking for much of the shift.
This role is a great fit if you:
- Love interacting with people
- Take pride in excellent customer service
- Are friendly, dependable, and enjoy helping others
Shifts are 8 to noon or noon to 4 pm Monday-Friday. Volunteers are asked to commit to one four hour shift weekly on a consistent day. Minimum commitment of 6 months.
Training is provided. If you’re looking for a simple but meaningful way to support patients and staff, we’d love to have you!
