We are looking for volunteers passionate about education, bilingualism, and social transformation to support pedagogical, cultural, and creative activities.
As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate in bilingual classes and workshops (English–Spanish).
- Support students in holistic learning processes (intellectual, emotional, and cultural).
- Design or assist in innovative dynamics: games, artistic activities, cultural and creative projects.
- Enrich your own personal growth by sharing intercultural experiences.
This volunteering opportunity is ideal for people with knowledge or interest in:

¿Cómo llegar?
📍 How to get here
Our center is located in Puerto López, Meta – Barrio Los Mangos.
👉 From Bogotá you can choose:
- 🚍 Bus: Take an intermunicipal bus from Bogotá’s Terminal to Puerto López (via Villavicencio). The trip takes around 5–6 hours.
- 🚗 Car: Drive through the Bogotá–Villavicencio highway, continue to Acacías and then to Puerto López. The ride usually takes 4–5 hours.
- ✈️ Flight + bus: You can fly from Bogotá to Villavicencio (40 min) and then take a bus to Puerto López (about 1 hour).
Once in Puerto López, Barrio Los Mangos is just a few minutes from downtown. You can easily reach it by taxi, moto-taxi, or on foot (depending on where you arrive).

Other Details to Keep in Mind
- This volunteering opportunity is in-person in Puerto López, Meta (Barrio Los Mangos).
- We recommend bringing comfortable clothes, sunscreen, a hat, and a water bottle, since the weather is usually warm.
- No previous teaching experience required; what matters most is a positive attitude, interest in bilingualism, and willingness to learn and share.
- We especially value volunteers with knowledge or interest in: language teaching, culture, arts, social leadership, or holistic education.
- Schedule and duration of the volunteering are flexible and coordinated with the team.
- A certificate of participation is available for those who complete the volunteering.
