Be A Voice Of Hope For Clark County From The Office Of The Salvation Army

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate volunteer to be the face and voice of The Salvation Army office on Mondays and/or Fridays from 12:00pm-3:30pm. As a Front Desk Ambassador, you are often the very first person someone interacts with when they reach out for help. Your primary goal is to provide a warm welcome and direct guests to the resources they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the Voice of Hope: Answer incoming phone calls with kindness, providing information about our programs or directing callers to the appropriate department or appropriate resources.
• Welcome Our Neighbors: Greet walk-in guests and help them feel comfortable as they seek assistance or information.
• Office Support: Assist with light administrative tasks to keep our outreach running smoothly.
